Thank you for choosing Metro Quick Cash. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Loan Amount and Security:

   - New applicants can apply for loans ranging from ZMW 2,000 to ZMW 80,000.

   - Applicants can apply for up to ZMW 20,000  without providing any security.

2. Loan Disbursement:

   - Upon approval, you will receive your loan within 5 minutes. The loan will be disbursed to your designated mobile money or bank account.

3. Loan Repayment:

   - Repayments can be made conveniently over a period of up to 84 months, depending on the loan amount.

4. Shares Payment:

   - All new applicants are required to pay shares before receiving the loan.

   - The shares amount is equivalent to 10% of the requested loan amount.

   - This payment helps us assess your creditworthiness and determine the loan amount you qualify for.

   - Shares are refunded after the complete repayment of the loan.

   - A facility fee is charged upon loan activation, equivalent to one hundred twelve point five percent  of the shares amount.

   - The facility fee is refunded after the account is activated.

5. Loan Deductions and Security:

   - We do not deduct any loan amount without receiving the shares payment.

   - The receipt of your shares payment serves as proof of security, which may be requested at any time.

6. Timely Repayment:

   - Failure to repay the loan on time will result in additional charges, based on the duration of default.

7. Application Process:

   - After payment of shares, you will receive a Payment Authentication PIN.

   - The PIN is required to submit your application form for processing.

8. Data Security:

   - We store your documents securely on our server until you terminate your association with Metro Quick Cash.

   - A refundable security fee, equivalent to ninety-five percent  of the shares amount, is required at the end of the loan processing, upon receipt issuance.

9. Repayment Account:

    - A Metro Q.C account will be created for you to facilitate loan repayments.

    - Please note that this account is solely for loan repayments.
